Depends on the role. Some are full-time, some are project-based. Every role page states the engagement type clearly before you apply.
Do I need to be in India or the UAE?
No. We are remote-first and work with people across India, GCC, and globally. Timezone overlap during core hours is helpful but not required for all roles.
